Position Details:

We are hiring baseball instructors to work with children aged 2-8 years old in various locations including Austin, Houston, Brenham and College Station.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive classes through our Lil Sluggers Classes, offered in mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturday mornings

• Use our fun, age-appropriate curriculum to keep kids active and engaged

• Manage the same weekly schedules consistently

 

Requirements:

• Must have prior baseball or softball experience

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to pass a background check

• Must have reliable transportation

• Great communication and engagement skills to keep kids involved and excited

 

Desirable:

• A background in sport management is a plus
